- This applies to items fulfilled directly by DZ Royal via dzroyal.com.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 business days from the date of delivery (as indicated on your shipping confirmation or tracking information). The 7-business-day period begins on the day of delivery and excludes weekends and public holidays.
- All sales are final after this 7-business-day return window. No returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credits will be accepted beyond this period, regardless of the reason (except as required by law for defective items—see below).
- Purchases Shipped from DZ Royal Partners:
- If your item is shipped from one of our partner suppliers or vendors, returns will be processed in accordance with the partner’s specific return policy.
- Please refer to the product listing, order confirmation, or contact customer service for details on the applicable partner’s policy, as it may differ from our standard terms (e.g., longer or shorter windows, different conditions).
- Purchases on Other Platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, etc.):
